These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals engaging with Candent Academy, a unit of Candent Technologies Private Limited. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to comply with the terms below, which are designed to ensure operational efficiency and uphold our institutional standards.

 

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 100% refund is applicable only if cancellation is made at least 10 working days prior to the batch start date, and SAP registration has not been completed.
• After this period or once SAP registration is initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 30 working days, subject to approval.

 

2. Placement Assistance Policy

• Placement assistance is provided as a complimentary value-added offering and is not a part of the core deliverables of the training program.
• Candent Academy, Candent Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its employees, affiliates, or partners do not guarantee job offers, internships, interview calls, or employment outcomes.
• Opportunities shared are at the discretion of third-party organizations, and outcomes are dependent on the candidate’s individual merit, skills, and readiness.
• The candidate assumes full responsibility for their career outcomes and cannot hold Candent liable for non-placement.

 

3. Privacy Policy

• By registering, you authorize Candent Academy to collect, process, and store your personal information (e.g., name, contact, education, preferences).
• Your information may be shared with SAP, third-party providers, or regulatory authorities for academic, operational, or compliance purposes.
• Candent reserves the right to contact you via email, SMS, or phone for service delivery, promotions, and updates.
• Your data is protected under secure systems; however, Candent is not liable for breaches beyond its control.

 

4. Media Consent & Testimonials

• By enrolling, you provide irrevocable and unrestricted consent for the use of your testimonials, photographs, videos, and success stories by Candent Academy and Candent Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• These may be used in marketing, promotional content, digital campaigns, presentations, and social media, without requiring further approval.
• This consent is perpetual, global, royalty-free, and non-revocable.

 

5. Feedback Policy

• Candidates must provide weekly feedback to help Candent maintain training quality.
• Any concerns must be submitted in writing to the operations team at the time of occurrence.
• Lack of feedback will be considered as implicit satisfaction, and a default rating of 5 (Best) will be recorded.

 

6. Code of Conduct

All candidates must adhere to Candent Academy’s professional environment by:

• Using training resources strictly for academic use.
• Maintaining respectful conduct with faculty, peers, and staff.
• Dressing and behaving professionally in all sessions (in-person or virtual).
• Ensuring training links, materials, or credentials are not shared or distributed.
• Refraining from offensive, disruptive, or discriminatory behavior.
• Violations may result in termination from the program without refund.

 

7. Force Majeure

Candent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, strikes, war, civil disturbances
• Government mandates, pandemics, network outages, or technical disruptions
• In such cases, no compensation or extension will be applicable, and the company will not be liable for any resulting losses.

 

8. General Terms

• These policies are non-negotiable and subject to change at Candent’s discretion.
• Continued participation in any program implies unconditional acceptance of the latest terms.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
